1: try to communicate with the digital tube manufacturer first, and first determine the size of the digital tube (digital tube screen) to be customized. In this way, it is possible to use the existing male model, and save the cost of digital tube mold. If all the existing digital tube size display mode can not meet the needs of users, should first determine the size of the digital tube to be customized. This makes it easy to have room for correction before opening the drawing. Once the user wants to use the digital tube electrical products have been designed, then the size of the digital tube to open the mold will be limited, may be limited by technical problems, and can not open the mold.

2: digital tube mold opening process:

The user provides drawings, or the user puts forward demands (I. e. overall dimensions, polarity, display color monochrome or color screen, pin definition, etc.). According to the user's demands, the technical personnel of the digital tube manufacturer will draw the drawings, and then submit the user's modification or signature for confirmation before entering the mold opening procedure. Since the mold opening of digital tube is an irreversible operation, once signed and confirmed, after entering the mold opening procedure, if there is any modification, it shall be charged according to the re-mold opening.

The mold fee can be refunded temporarily, and the refund condition: the annual usage kit is 250000, that is, the annual usage of the digital tube 250000 PCS by the mold opening user.

3: digital tube charging method and mold opening time:

The product that the digital tube needs to open the mold belongs to the specific product, except for the mold opening, it cannot be used in the market. Therefore, before confirming the drawing, a mold opening agreement must be signed and payment must be made. Generally, it takes 20-25 days from the confirmation of the drawing to the sample.
